Content Policy

Viztemple is a marketplace for 3D models and community for 3D designers. Our goal is to enable designers to trade or share their work, and interact in a friendly, open and transparent environment. In order to maintain such environment, we ask Viztemple users to follow several rules.

As defined in our General Terms and Conditions, by uploading a 3D model, the user warrants that he or she holds intellectual property rights to the content. Since our members are selling or buying intellectual property themselves, we do not tolerate copyright infringement or violations of intellectual property rights on Viztemple. We also do not support adult or violent content on Viztemple in order to keep it a friendly place for everyone.

Therefore, in the General Terms and Conditions, we ask you to only upload 3D models and other content where you own or have cleared intellectual property rights, and are not of violent or adult nature.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted on Viztemple:

• Copyrighted Material: Content that infringes on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Adult Content: Sexually explicit or suggestive material, nudity, or pornographic content
• Violent Content: Content depicting graphic violence, weapons designed for harm, or promoting violence
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics
• Illegal Content: Content that violates applicable laws or promotes illegal activities
• Misleading Content: Content with inaccurate descriptions, fake previews, or deceptive representations

Acceptable Content

We encourage the following types of high-quality content:

• Original 3D Models: Creative works that you have created yourself
• Properly Licensed Content: Content for which you have obtained appropriate licensing rights
• Educational Content: Tutorials, guides, and educational materials related to 3D modeling
• Community-Friendly Content: Content suitable for all ages and professional environments

If you believe that a 3D model or any other content violates copyright or other intellectual property rights please use the procedure described below to report a violation. Alternatively, you can also report the violation on the product page next to the model. Once we receive a copyright infringement or illicit content notice, we investigate the notice and react within 48 business hours.

If you come across content of adult, violent, or otherwise illicit nature, please report to Viztemple at the address provided below.

If you are a copyright owner or the authorized representative of a copyright owner, you may report an alleged infringement by contacting Viztemple with a written communication that includes substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed. The identification has to be with sufficient detail so that Viztemple would be capable of finding and verifying its existence, including the product name, user name and the URL of the content on Viztemple.com.
3. Contact information of the notifier including e-mail address, telephone number, and address.
4. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, made under penalty of perjury, and that the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

1. Initial Review: We review all reports within 48 business hours
2. Investigation: Our team investigates the reported content and verifies the claims
3. Action Taken: If a violation is confirmed, we will:
   • Remove or disable access to the infringing content
   • Notify the content creator of the violation
   • Take appropriate action against repeat offenders, including account suspension or termination
4. Communication: We will inform the reporter of the action taken (within legal and privacy constraints)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at system@viztemple.com with:

• Your account information
• Details of the removed content
• Explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect
• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We encourage all Viztemple users to:

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Create and share original, high-quality content
• Engage respectfully with other community members
• Report violations when encountered
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

This Content Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our community standards, legal requirements, or platform features. Updated policies will be posted on our website, and users will be notified of significant changes.
