To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Maintain the security of your login credentials.

You retain ownership of content you upload (including 3D models, images, and descriptions). By uploading, you represent that you have all necessary rights and licenses to share and sell such content and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and promote your content on the platform and in related marketing, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

When a buyer purchases a paid model or downloads a free model, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for their own projects, subject to any additional license terms you include in the description. Unless explicitly permitted, buyers may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of your content.

Models can be listed as free or paid. For paid models, a minimum price may apply. We may charge platform or payment processing fees that are deducted from payouts.

• Prices are set by artists unless otherwise specified.
• We may run promotions or adjust platform fees with prior notice.

Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. After a successful checkout, you will be redirected to an invoice or a page confirming your purchase. Free models can be downloaded directly if a download link is provided by the artist.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services. If you encounter issues accessing purchased files, please contact support.

Artists can request payouts to a supported payout method (for example, Payoneer). Ensure your payout details are accurate. Payouts may be subject to processing times, fees, and manual review.

• We may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud or abuse.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from sales of your content.

To protect the community, models may be reviewed before or after publishing. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• Infringing, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Malware or files intended to damage systems.
• Non‑consensual or hateful content.
• Attempts to bypass payments, fees, or platform security mechanisms.

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non‑refundable once files are accessible, except where required by law. If files are defective or inaccessible, contact support for assistance.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a detailed notice, and we will review and take appropriate action.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
